The phenomena of ghosts, near-death experiences, out-of-body experiences, and past life memories are an interesting bunch to analyze whether they hold to reality or simply a cause of chemical reactions in the brain or stories conjured from suggestive ideas. As discussed, ghosts or apparitions appear to be perceived by the senses but are actually in a different “realm.” They are there but are not there, but there are occasions wherein people who claim to witness or experience them can “touch” or feel them. However, cases that involve more than one sense become rarer as the number of bodily senses involved increases.
